I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Our saleswoman was incredibly professional and so attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. She even allowed my husband and me to take a demo vehicle home overnight, which really gave us the opportunity to fully experience the vehicle and make sure it was the right fit for our family... she handled so much behind the scenes ahead of time, so we weren't stuck waiting at the dealership for hours.

I recently shopped in the Conroe, Texas, area; however, did not receive the attention needed to make a purchase. Courtesy Lincoln is wonderful. I know this is a statement you seldom hear about car dealerships, but it is true of Courtesy Lincoln. The service department schedulers are always cheerful and accommodating. They drive a beautiful, clean, late-model Lincoln right up to the door for your use while your vehicle is serviced... your vehicle is washed and dried by hand before it is driven back to the door to you. All around, a wonderful experience!

the service manager took the truck for a test drive and it exhibited the original issue every time he braked, then he had several other technicians test drive it with him in the vehicle... The service department went way out of their way to get this job finished in a timely and very satisfactory conclusion. This incident is not the first time the dealership has gone to the mat for me to get my service covered under my warranty packages.
